Facility

Heavy Fabrication & Welding
EN 3834-2 and EN 1090-2 certified fabrication. Maximum product dimensions: 35×7×7 metres (L×W×H), maximum weight 160 tonnes. Welding processes: MIG/MAG (135/136), TIG (141), SAW (121) with penetration up to 100 mm. Materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy. Surface treatment: automated shot-blasting, industrial coating systems to NORSOK M-501 and C5-M standards. Full NDT capability: VT, PT, MT, UT performed by certified partners.
CNC Machining
Precision machining with tolerances down to ±0.02 mm. Maximum workpiece dimensions: Ø 2,800 mm diameter, 13,000 mm length, 4,500 mm height.
Boring Mills

Complex assemblies and FAT-tested modules for industrial applications. Precision bearing installations, system commissioning, electrical panel wiring, hydraulic system assembly and pressure testing. Complete Manufacturing Data Records (MDR): material certificates (3.1/3.2), NDT reports, dimensional inspection logs, FAT protocols. Ready-to-install delivery.
