Oil & Gas / Process Equipment
We manufacture PED-certified pressure vessels, tanks, piping modules, and skids for the oil and gas industry. Our fabrication capabilities cover carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, and super duplex materials with full material traceability and NDT documentation (VT, PT, MT, UT). Typical projects include pressure vessels up to 35 meters in length, piping modules with complex geometries, and complete skid-mounted process units. All products comply with PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) and international safety standards. Surface treatment to NORSOK M-501 and C5-M anti-corrosion standards is available for offshore and subsea applications.
Rotating Equipment & Energy
Custom-manufactured components for energy and power generation sectors including dynamically balanced impellers, casings, rotors, and shaft systems. We machine components up to Ø 2,800 mm diameter on our vertical turning lathes and boring mills. Shaft turning capabilities extend to 3,250 mm length on the PUMA 700LY II horizontal lathe. All rotating components undergo dynamic balancing to ensure vibration-free operation. Materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, and speciality alloys. Tolerances down to ±0.02 mm on critical bearing surfaces and seal areas.
Marine, Offshore & Subsea
We machine and fabricate components built to withstand extreme pressures and corrosive marine conditions. Our marine portfolio includes azipod components, thruster housings, propeller shafts, rudder stocks, and structural elements for offshore platforms. We work with marine-grade materials including duplex, super duplex, CuNi alloys, and classification society approved steels. Our products meet DNV, Lloyd's, Bureau Veritas, and RINA classification requirements. Complete surface treatment systems ensure long-term corrosion protection in the harshest maritime environments.
Defence
Precision manufacturing of highly regulated, mission-critical components for the defence sector. Full material traceability from raw stock to finished product. Strict quality control with comprehensive documentation packages. Our capabilities cover precision CNC machining, certified welding, and complex assembly operations meeting defence industry specifications. All work performed under controlled conditions with restricted access as required.
Mining & Machine Building
Heavy-duty machine building assemblies engineered for extreme conditions in the mining sector. We fabricate and machine components using wear-resistant materials including hardened steels and abrasion-resistant alloys. Typical projects include crusher components, conveyor drive units, screening machine frames, and complete machine assemblies weighing up to 160 tons. Our 18,000 m² workshop with overhead cranes and heavy lifting capacity enables efficient handling of the largest mining equipment components.
Pulp & Paper Machinery
Precision spare parts and critical processing components for continuous production environments in the pulp and paper industry. We understand that unplanned downtime costs thousands of euros per hour, which is why we prioritize rapid manufacturing turnaround for critical replacement parts. Our CNC machining capabilities handle roller shafts, headbox components, dryer cylinders, and other precision parts with tolerances that ensure seamless fit and immediate installation.
