FAQ

Before you send your drawings

What files can I send with my RFQ?

PDF, STEP, STP, DWG, DXF, IGES, or ZIP files, up to 25 MB total. If your files are larger, contact us directly and we will arrange a transfer link.

How fast will I get a response?

An engineer replies within 1 business day. A firm, actionable quote follows within 5 working days of receiving complete technical specifications.

Do I need an NDA before sending drawings?

Not required to get a quote. If you prefer an NDA in place first, tell us in the form and we will send one before you need to attach any files.

What information should I include if I do not have a finished drawing yet?

Describe the component, approximate dimensions, material, quantity, and required standards in the project description field. Our engineers can work from a sketch or specification at the quoting stage.
