Stand: Estonian Pavilion, Hall 5, Stand 5320
Dates: Monday 24 – Thursday 27 August 2026

Why walk to Hall 5

160 tonnes. 35 metres. 20 km to the ship.

First In Service is a single-site precision manufacturer in Tallinn: heavy fabrication up to 35×7×7 m and 160 tonnes, CNC machining to ±0.02 mm, and FAT-tested assembly under one roof, one contract, and one quality system — EN 3834-2, EN 1090-2, PED 2014/68/EU. NORSOK M-501 and C5-M surface treatment is applied in-house, with film thickness logged per layer.

For Norwegian and Nordic operators, the logistics claim is checkable: our facility sits 20 km from Muuga Harbour with direct heavy-haul road access — EU origin, no urban transport restrictions, ro-ro capability for oversized components. One audit in Tallinn covers the entire production chain, because everything happens in one building.

What happens at the stand

Bring a drawing. Leave with a real answer.

This is not a brochure stand. Both people you will meet quote work for a living, so a twenty-minute conversation can settle questions that normally take a month of emails.

Feasibility: show us the component — on paper, on your phone, or as a description, and we will tell you straight whether it fits our envelope and where the difficulties are
Lead time: an indicative window based on current shop load
Documentation: what an EN 10204 3.1/3.2 package, NDT scope, or PED conformity route looks like for your specific scope
Coating: whether NORSOK M-501 or C5-M is the right specification for your service environment, and what it changes in cost and schedule
Next step: if it fits, drawings go to our engineers the same week — firm quote within 5 working days

No appointment? Walk up any of the four days. Booked slots simply guarantee that we are at the stand and free when you arrive — mornings before 11:00 are usually the quietest.
