First In Service is a single-site precision manufacturer in Tallinn: heavy fabrication up to 35 × 7 × 7 m and 160 tonnes, CNC machining to ±0.02 mm, and FAT-tested assembly under one roof, one contract and one quality system (EN ISO 3834-2, EN 1090-2, PED 2014/68/EU). NORSOK M-501 and C5-M surface treatment is applied in-house, with film thickness logged per layer.
For Norwegian and Nordic operators, the logistics claim is checkable: our facility is 20 km from Muuga Harbour, with direct heavy-haul road access, no urban transport restrictions and ro-ro capability for oversized components, and everything we ship is of EU origin. One audit in Tallinn covers the entire production chain, because everything happens in one building.

No appointment needed. Walk-ups were welcome on all four days; a booked slot simply guaranteed that we were at the stand and free. Mornings before 11:00 were usually the quietest.

Where was First In Service at ONS 2026?
At the Estonian Pavilion: Hall 5, Stand 5320, Stavanger Forum, 24–27 August 2026. The stand was open Monday to Wednesday 09:30–17:30 and Thursday 09:30–15:00.
Did I need an appointment to visit the stand?
No. Walk-ups were welcome on all four days, but a booked 20-minute slot guaranteed time with Madis Kollo, and on 25–26 August also with Managing Director Hanno Saar. Booking took one minute through the link on this page.
What projects were worth discussing?
Heavy fabrication up to 35 × 7 × 7 m and 160 tonnes, CNC machining to ±0.02 mm, FAT-tested assemblies and PED pressure equipment, especially scopes needing NORSOK M-501 surface treatment or single-site accountability. A drawing on your phone is enough to start a real conversation.
Will First In Service sign an NDA before reviewing drawings?
Of course. Mention it in your booking note, and an NDA will be in place before any technical material changes hands.
