01. Blechbearbeitung, schwere Stahlkonstruktionen und Schweißen

EN 3834-2 und EN 1090-2 zertifizierte Fertigung. 18 000 m² Produktionsfläche, Produkte bis 35×7×7 m und 160 Tonnen. ZfP (VT, PT, MT, UT) durch zertifizierte Partner. Schweißverfahren: 135/136, WIG und UP (bis 100 mm). Spezialmaterialien: Edelstahl, Duplex, Superduplex, Titan, Inconel und Hastelloy. Vollständige Oberflächenbehandlung — vom automatisierten Kugelstrahlen bis zu industriellen Beschichtungssystemen gemäß extremen Korrosionsschutzstandards (C5-M, NORSOK M-501).

02. Präzisions-CNC-Fräsen und Drehen

Toleranzen bis ±0,02 mm. Unser Maschinenpark ist für schwere Komponenten, lange Wellen und komplexe Geometrien ausgelegt.

03. Mechanische, elektrische und hydraulische Montage

Vollständige mechanische Montage von Industrieausrüstung — einschließlich Schaltschrankverkabelung, Hydrauliksystemmontage und Druckprüfung. Von der Lagerinstallation bis zur fertigen, getesteten Anlage. Wir liefern vollständig transparente, digitalisierte Fertigungsdatenpakete (MDR), einschließlich Materialzeugnisse (3.1/3.2), ZfP-Berichte, Maßkontrollprotokolle und FAT-Protokolle.

Eliminate structural weak points with certified precision. Operating across an 18,000 m² workshop area, we deliver heavy fabricated products up to 35×7×7 m (L×W×H) and 160 tons. Quality is verified through full material traceability and NDT (VT, PT, MT, UT) by certified partners. Backed by EN 3834-2 and EN 1090-2 certifications, our welders utilise processes including 135/136, TIG, and SAW (up to 100 mm).

02. Precision CNC machining & turning

Tolerances down to ±0.02 mm, built to perform flawlessly under extreme stress. Our extensive machine park handles heavy components, long shafts, and complex geometries — turning and milling parts up to Ø 2,800 mm, 13,000 mm in length, and 4,500 mm in height. Powered by heavy-duty FERMAT boring mills (X: 13,500 mm, Y: 4,000 mm), vertical turning lathes (up to Ø 2,700 mm), and horizontal lathes (up to 3,250 mm).
