First In Service OÜ is a contract manufacturer and heavy engineering subcontractor operating from an 18,000 m² workshop in Tallinn, Estonia. We serve Nordic, Baltic, and European clients in oil & gas, marine & offshore, energy, defence, mining, and pulp & paper industries.

- **Heavy Welding & Fabrication**: EN 3834-2 and EN 1090-2 certified. Products up to 35×7×7 m (L×W×H) and 160 tonnes. Welding processes: 135/136 (MIG/MAG), TIG, SAW (up to 100 mm penetration). Materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy. Surface treatment to NORSOK M-501 and C5-M standards.
- **Precision CNC Machining**: Tolerances ±0.02 mm. Parts up to Ø 2,700 mm, length 13,000 mm, height 4,500 mm. FERMAT WRF 130 boring mill (X: 13,500 mm), vertical turning lathes (Ø 2,700 mm), PUMA 700LY II horizontal lathe.
- **Complex Assembly & Integration**: FAT-tested modules, precision bearing installations, system commissioning. Full Manufacturing Data Records (MDR) with material certificates (3.1/3.2), NDT reports, and FAT protocols.
